How come in this field?

Experimenting with career life is something one never practices, but lately I found myself into this practice and see I found myself in a very comfortable shell where its all about SOMETHING NEW.  When I was a kid, may be I was in 12th std I had only one aim and that was to be an HR in a real big Multinational Company, but when came in the race I was lost somewhere in dirty politics, bitching and jealousy. No matter how big a brand is, the job starts with a descent manner and ends up with a resignation letter stating the reason of leaving a PERSONAL PROBLEM... But working with Talents is something so pure where jealousy only comes to those people who belives in "ME" not "US"... I learnt this and till date I work with this attitude and I get a satisfaction which I can not compare with any of the job in this world, the only problem is right now we are not in a state where the money multiplies but surely in future I am working on thsi  aspect to make a future in this field.

Make it correct, OUR contribution. As Upmanyu says in this field we should work with only one tag line and that is no one is working for anyone but the only difference is atleast to survive or to overcome the crowd in this industry, we will have to work as a team or else sit alone, take a cup of coffee and see others rising. I started my part of work by selecting people who are passionate about acting but can not find a way out, now there comes the similarity.... We also dont have a readymade path to walk on, but ya surely if we can team up and start walking on a same path, surely a thirsty would get a huge river.....
How you gel with the team!
There are few in the team who do not like me, but really that never affected my work, I hardly care. All I care is about how to deliver my part of duty assigned by my seniors. I worked this way, and today atleast I have got a project done which was dream some 5 years ago. Now you just think without any sort of technicals thats too making a full fledge feature film thats too with outdoor shoots and melodramatic scenes, and the best part when the actors are simply taught from the root level still showing attitudes. God Help Them.
Seems like very practical and a pure busniess women!
Actually not, I am a very down to earth girl, what makes me cruel is I hate fakeness and I always end up with such crowd. Mind it I am not talking about any individual, rather I am talking about the excuses one makes to satisfy their comfort or we say fun level.
